This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier electrical contractor with a strong presence in the DC metro area. Based out of Sterling, VA, this firm is widely recognized for delivering complex data center projects and large-scale commercial work with excellence and precision.

The Project Manager will lead the day-to-day execution of multimillion-dollar electrical construction projects. You’ll oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, ensuring performance aligns with safety, quality, and profitability goals. You'll partner closely with field leadership and client stakeholders to drive delivery, mitigate risk, and manage project teams with confidence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects through all phases; from preconstruction and estimating through closeout.
  • Leading financial oversight, change order negotiation, and subcontractor management.
  • Collaborating with field teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
  • Developing and mentoring high-performing teams and cultivating client relationships.
  • Acting as the primary contact for customers, vendors, and partners.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects.
  • A proven track record of success in union environments and technically complex builds.
  • Strong knowledge of project cost accounting, scheduling, and productivity tracking.
  • Experience in data centers, commercial, utility, or mission-critical markets.
