Based in Minneapolis, MN 55401, we’re a fast-growing, multi-disciplinary engineering firm delivering complex infrastructure and design solutions for clients worldwide. Our work spans industries—from industrial and commercial to marine and rail. In this role, you will lead electrical system design projects from concept to construction across diverse markets.

- Design power distribution, grounding, and motor/process control systems
- Size and specify electrical equipment MCCs, transformers, switchgear, and drives
- Develop one-line diagrams, loop diagrams, and protection schemes
- Lead QA/QC reviews, field investigations, and client meetings
- Mentor junior engineers and seal final documents
- Support proposals, cost estimates, and project schedules
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering + PE License (Required)
- 6+ years of electrical design and project management experience
- Expertise in NEC, IEEE, and SKM software
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical or Revit
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Experience with 230kV distribution systems and arc flash studies
- Rockwell PLC/HMI programming experience
