What You Will Be Doing
Your role as a catalyst for excellence includes:

• Crafting and delivering world-class training programs that transform good Guides into exceptional educators
• Developing comprehensive Guide Playbooks that become the gold standard for educational excellence
• Providing laser-focused coaching and feedback that ignites Guide performance and student success
• Leading by example through hands-on mentorship of a select student cohort

Basic Requirements
Your path to success requires:

• Commitment to work from one of our dynamic campus locations (Orange County, San Francisco, DC Metro, or Raleigh)
• Bachelor's degree (field open)
• 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related fields
• Track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational initiatives
• Natural leadership ability with a talent for building and inspiring high-achievement teams
• Meaningful experience working with K-12 students
• Sharp analytical skills with a data-driven approach to improvement
• U.S. work authorization

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
