Job Title: Associate - Labor and Employment Practice

Seeking a junior or midlevel associate with 2-5 years of large law firm experience to join our labor and employment practice in our San Francisco or Silicon Valley office. The successful applicant must possess excellent academic credentials and writing skills, as well as employment law or general litigation experience. Ideally, the candidate will have meaningful experience with employment counseling, single-plaintiff litigation, class/collective action litigation, and investigations. Active California Bar membership is required.

For California positions, the salary range is $225,000 to $435,000. The final salary will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on experience, expertise, and market factors.
