Director of Human Resources at Peabody & Arnold

Peabody & Arnold is seeking a talented associate with 3-6 years of professional liability litigation experience. Candidates must have superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills. Experience in legal malpractice, architect and engineer (A&E), and/or accounting malpractice and/or amusement park defense are a plus. Rhode Island admission is a plus.

Our team represents a wide range of professionals, which includes representation in state and federal courts, disciplinary boards, and arbitration tribunals. Peabody & Arnold has been a professional liability defense firm in Boston for over 40 years and we work with most of the major professional liability insurers.

Skills and Educational Requirements:

• JD from accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• Active bar admission with an ability to obtain MA admission quickly
• 3-6 years of professional liability experience
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Ability to work independently within a supervised team setting.
