Base pay range

$65.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Experience Required

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS).
• 8-10 years of experience managing SAP implementation/upgrade projects, including 2-3 full life cycle implementations.
  

• Manage the SAP GTS migration project, including but not limited to:
• Defining the project charter and developing the governance structure.
• Preparing a detailed project plan and monitoring the program from initiation through delivery, including scheduling and budget tracking.
• Conducting scoping, planning, and design workshops, engaging business and cross-functional teams.
• Organizing cross-functional activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Operate within a matrix-type organization, requiring:
• A technical background with SAP GTS implementation or migration experience to fulfill overall project management responsibilities.
• The ability to lead meetings with executive leadership during different project phases.
• Expertise in defining direction, adapting to changing requirements, overcoming obstacles, and managing business organization plans effectively.

• Bachelor's degree with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in adopting PMI or advanced project methodologies in SAP projects, preferably in GTS implementation.
• Proven ability to manage scoping, design, build, test, and production cutover phases of SAP projects.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate and present periodic project status, highlighting issues, risks, and action plans.
• Familiarity with Global Trade, Sales, and Logistics business processes is a plus.
• Strong English verbal and written skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to driving deliverables to closure.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage deliverables, and meet timelines and deadlines with minimal guidance.
