About the Role:

Our client is seeking a collaborative and motivated HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with a solid foundation in HR strategy and business partnership to take the next step in their career. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders across the firm to support talent initiatives, enhance the employee experience, and help shape scalable people practices in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to support the execution of HR strategies aligned with team and company objectives.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to managers on topics such as team dynamics, performance, and employee development.
• Support talent planning, organizational design efforts, and workforce planning within your client groups.
• Help implement and improve programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and career growth.
• Navigate employee relations issues with thoughtfulness and care, escalating when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the broader People team on company-wide initiatives (e.g., performance reviews, DEI, compensation cycles).
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to onboarding, learning and development, and change management initiatives.
• Stay informed on employment laws and HR best practices, ensuring compliance across supported teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in an HRBP or generalist role.
• Prior experience supporting functions in high-growth, fast-paced industries such as tech, trading, or financial services strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence across levels.
• Comfortable working with data and using insights to inform people decisions.
• Experience managing through ambiguity and driving impact in a matrixed or evolving environment.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required.

Required Skills:

• Strong foundation in HR strategy and operations.
• Ability to partner closely with business leaders.
• Experience in talent planning and organizational design.
• Proficiency in analyzing HR metrics.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced industries.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

Pay range and compensation package: Competitive salary + bonus based on experience.
