Location: Texas (Remote/Field-Based travel)

We’re seeking a high-performing VP of Business Development to lead the growth and expansion of our senior care services across Texas. This role will function as the "CEO of the Texas Region," responsible for driving $5–$10 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional growth strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (e.g., hospice, outpatient, assisted/independent living, home health).
  • Identify and close new business opportunities to meet ARR targets.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at industry events and within the healthcare community.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales pipeline, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 8–10+ years in business development within senior care, home health, hospice, or healthcare services.
  • Strong network within Texas's healthcare and elder care ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and scale partnerships.
  • Self-starter with strategic thinking and executive presence.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Texas.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
