Job Title : ServiceNow ITOM / ITAM Consultant

Location : California (Remote)

Job Type : Contract / Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement, configure, and optimize ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) and ITAM (IT Asset Management) modules.
• Manage CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Asset Lifecycle processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools for automated asset tracking and operational visibility.
• Develop workflows, scripts, and reports to enhance ITAM / ITOM functionality.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and IAITAM / ITOM certifications.
• Collaborate with IT teams to align asset management with business needs.

Required Skills :

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM & ITAM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Hardware / Software Asset Management).
• Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM), ITIL v4, or IAITAM (CSAM / CAMP).
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes, cloud assets, and license management.
• Scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide) and integration experience (APIs, MID Servers).
