Schedule: 3 weekdays, daytime hours (≈24hrs/week; no weekends or call)

Compensation: From$180,000W‑2per year+ full benefits

Leadership seat. Build the workflows, culture and quality program for a brand‑new onsite clinic.

World‑class support. Nurse Practitioner, RN and OfficeManager on‑site; VitalCheck handles tech and operations.

Responsibilities

Direct all clinical services (preventive, primary and urgent care) for adult employees.

Develop evidence‑based protocols and wellness initiatives for a newly established clinic.

Provide in‑person and telehealth visits; typical panel≈8–12patients/day.

Mentor and evaluate an integrated care team; foster an engaging, patient‑first culture.

Partner with corporate stakeholders on onsite events, screening campaigns and health education.

Qualifications

MD/DO with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med‑Peds.

Minimum three years post‑residency clinical experience.

Active NewJersey medical license, DEA, BLS/ACLS.

Passionate about prevention, patient education and re‑designing care delivery.

Proficient with EMRs and telehealth platforms.

Able to commute reliably to Princeton, NJ.

All clinical care is provided by or under the direction and supervision of licensed physicians and other clinical providers, while VitalCheckWellness handles administration, technology and day‑to‑day clinic operations.
