A law firm seeks a Litigation Trial Attorney to join its Los Angeles office. Duties

• Lead trials as the first chair in litigation cases.
• Manage case progression from inception to resolution.
• Prepare pleadings, briefs, and conduct legal research.
• Oversee discovery processes and depositions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of general litigation experience.
• Experience in civil, products, high-volume, bad faith, and insurance-related litigation.
• California Bar admission in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
