Litigation Associate

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate in Menlo Park, CA. This position offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing for both remote and in-office work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of litigation experience and a strong interest in handling coverage matters and insurance-related actions.

Duties

• Manage complex litigation matters from inception to trial.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Handle discovery and depositions.
• Analyze professional liability coverage.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of solid litigation experience.
• Experience in state and federal court proceedings preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms.
• Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities professionally.
• Current CA Bar admission in good standing is required.
