A confidential regional law firm is looking for a litigation-savvy trial attorney to join their growing family law practice in Richmond. This role offers autonomy, case ownership, and full support staff for those who thrive in a courtroom setting.

You’ll Be Handling:

• 
  

  Divorce and custody trials

  
  
• 
  

  Drafting & reviewing motions, discovery, and settlement proposals

  
  
• 
  

  Advocating in court, negotiating favorable outcomes

  
  
• 
  

  Maintaining client trust through major life transitions

  
  
  

  You Need To Have:

  
  
  
  
  • 
    

    3+ years of litigation experience (family law preferred)

    
    
  • 
    

    VA Bar license

    
    
  • 
    

    Comfort with high-emotion clients and trial work

    
    
  • 
    

    Strong legal writing and negotiation skills
