Vice President, Business Development

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45209 | Hybrid Remote: 2-3 days in the office per week

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the BDR/SDR team responsible for generating new, qualified opportunities and demonstrations for the sales team
  • Building scalable outbound and inbound prospecting strategies to drive pipeline growth
  • Owning top-of-funnel metrics for the organization: lead to opportunity conversion, meeting volume, discovery quality
  • Identifying areas for improvement, innovation, and investment
  • Partnering with marketing to refine lead scoring modules, campaign targeting, messaging
  • Providing training on discovery, needs assessment, and consultative early-stage conversations

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in business development/sales development (SDR/BDR) leadership roles
  • Background in enterprise software (SaaS) and high velocity and high call volume organizations
  • Expertise in outbound and inbound lead generation strategies
  • Experience implementing AI technology solutions is preferred
  • Experience with Dialpad or HubSpot is preferred
  • Salesforce CRM expertise is required
