Licensed Defense Attorney

A law firm seeks a licensed defense attorney in Miami, FL, to join their team. This full-time position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for both remote and in-office work.

Duties

• Conduct research and draft legal documents.
• Respond to discovery requests.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Attend court hearings and mediations.
• Prepare for and attend trials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Manage cases from inception through trial.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
• Experience in premises liability, bodily injury, or professional liability.
• Proficiency in using Westlaw.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Skills
