Litigation Associate/Partner Opportunity – Premier Chicago Construction Boutique

About the Position:
We are working with a Chambers-ranked boutique construction law firm in Chicago that has an immediate need for a litigator (6-12+ yrs of experience) to join its busy practice as a senior associate or income partner. This firm is nationally recognized for the litigation and arbitration of design and construction disputes involving complex projects, and has been described as “one of the best construction law firms in the country.”

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in complex construction projects, including power generation, mining and minerals, infrastructure, hospitality, healthcare transportation, stadiums and sports venues, and large residential projects

Required Qualifications:
· 6 or more years of sophisticated litigation experience
· Experience in construction litigation preferred
· Strong writing skills

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $210,000 – $350,000.
