A respected law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2 to 3 years of litigation experience to join its New Jersey office. The ideal candidate should have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, as well as experience handling various aspects of litigation in both state and federal courts.
Location:
Duties:
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
Manage traditional and electronic discovery processes.
Represent clients in hearings and court appearances.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
Ensure compliance with court procedures and deadlines.
Requirements:
2 to 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in a mid-to-large law firm.
Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
Experience with discovery, motion practice, and court proceedings.
Must be in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required.
Skills:
