Seeking an experienced Civil Trial Attorney to join its litigation team. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-exposure, multi-party presuit matters, with a strong emphasis on insurance coverage and civil litigation.
Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil trial litigation, particularly in high-exposure and insurance coverage matters
• Develop litigation strategies for complex, multi-party disputes
• Draft legal documents including motions and pleadings
• Participate in mediations, hearings, negotiations, and jury trials
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and legal staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
• Maintain client relationships and ensure responsive communication
  

Qualifications

• Active membership in the Florida Bar (required)
• Civil trial and jury trial experience (required)
• Insurance coverage and federal court litigation experience (preferred)
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
• Ability to handle a diverse caseload with attention to detail and efficiency
