$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Legal Search Solutions, Inc. We are seeking a Florida-licensed attorney based in South Florida with a background in residential real estate to assist our clients in buying and selling luxury properties in the West Palm Beach area. This position offers the opportunity to provide legal support, resolve title issues, and contribute to the success of residential transactions. Key Responsibilities Tasks performed include negotiating contracts, reviewing title exceptions, open building permits or municipal liens, reviewing surveys and related elevation certificates and closing documents. Examine and clear title matters to facilitate smooth closings. Communicate effectively with internal staff, customers, attorneys, and lenders to ensure successful outcomes. Qualifications JD from an accredited Law School in the US License to practice law in Florida. 5-7 years of experience in real estate transactions. Ability to work cases from inception to close. Some experience in corporate contracts preferred. Seniority level
