Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
  • 2+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation at a law firm.
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure, litigation strategy, and legal research methods.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Certifications:

  • JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
