Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trial Attorney, located in Tampa, FL. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for handling personal injury and complex civil litigation cases from inception through trial. Responsibilities include drafting motions, preparing for and conducting depositions, managing court appearances, and engaging in trials. The attorney will work closely with clients, expert witnesses, and other team members to develop strong case strategies.

Qualifications

• Skills in Law, Trials, and experience with handling complex civil litigation cases
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing Motions
• Experience with managing case Depositions
• Familiarity with State and Federal Courts procedures and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida
• Prior experience in personal injury litigation is a plus
