Group Legal Counsel

• Salary: $15,000 - $20,000 + AWS + Bonus
• Working Days: 5 days
• Working Hours: 9AM to 6PM
• Location: ANSON ROAD SPRINGLEAF TOWER, MRT nearby are Tanjong Pagar or Shenton Way
• Requirements: Degree in law (LLB) and called to the Singapore bar.
• Experience: 5-8 years in a law firm or as a legal counsel, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, litigation, and collaboration with counter parties in large North Asia exposure.
• Industry: Metal trading & distributor, with ability to travel within ASEAN countries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on Singapore law, regulations, and company policies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, develop templates, and update Terms & Conditions.
• Lead legal aspects of business development activities such as JVs, divestments, and acquisitions, coordinating with relevant teams.
• Manage corporate secretarial duties including company incorporation, meetings, and compliance.
• Draft and review internal policies and evaluate regulatory matters.
• Handle dispute management as necessary.
• Travel may be required for this position.
