A leading Chambers Ranked boutique firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join its San Francisco office. In this role, you will represent employers of all sizes ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, and higher educational institutions in traditional labor and employment litigation.

The firm fosters a strong mentorship environment, prioritizing attorney development and career growth. You will gain invaluable experience working alongside a close-knit group of top-rated and former Big Law attorneys, within a culture that values work-life balance.

This firm offers:

• Office type: Hybrid (3 days in office)
• Billables: 1750
• Generous Bonus: Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance (bonus for hours over billable requirement and performance based bonus)

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 Years of Experience
• JD from an accredited university
• Active membership in the California State Bar
