Base pay range

$250,000.00/yr - $370,000.00/yr

Job details
  • Handle healthcare transactional matters, including mergers, joint ventures, and private equity deals
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, and state licensure matters
  • Structure and negotiate complex health care transactions for diverse industry clients
  • Support clients with health industry contracting and corporate governance
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive client solutions
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of healthcare transactional experience, including M&A and private equity
  • Demonstrated regulatory experience in areas like fraud and abuse, state licensure, and antitrust
  • Strong communication, research, and analytical skills
  • Proactive, independent problem-solver with a client-focused approach
  • Bar membership in good standing
