3-6 years of healthcare transactional experience, including M&A and private equity Demonstrated regulatory experience in areas like fraud and abuse, state licensure, and antitrust Strong communication, research, and analytical skills Proactive, independent problem-solver with a client-focused approach Bar membership in good standing Compensation
Base pay range: $250,000.00/yr - $370,000.00/yr Benefits
