Insurance Litigation Associate (3+ years), Hartford, CT or Boston, MA
A distinguished AM100 law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Litigation Associate to join its growing Litigation group in either Hartford, CT, or Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands-on experience advising and representing insurers, reinsurers, and intermediaries in insurance coverage actions and reinsurance disputes. Preferred experience includes complex litigation matters such as coverage disputes, regulatory investigations, environmental liability, asbestos, construction defects, opioid-related claims, workers’ compensation, toxic torts, and other mass tort litigation.
Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in insurance and reinsurance litigation
• Exposure to coverage disputes, regulatory investigations, and other complex matters
• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Admission to the Connecticut and/or Massachusetts Bar in good standing
