Job Title: SAP SAC & Workforce Planning Consultant

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 6 months contract

Local candidates or candidates who are willing to relocate on own expenses will be considered.

Summary:

Client is looking for a skilled strong SAP SAC & Workforce Planning Consultant to join our team and drive the design and implementation of integrated planning solutions. This role demands strong hands-on expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), especially in Workforce Planning, and familiarity with SAP IBP, BPC, DataSphere, and BTP. Experience integrating SAP solutions with Workday is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Design and implement Workforce Planning models using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

2.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to align planning strategies across SAP and Workday.

3.Develop data models and visualizations in SAP SAC that support actionable insights and scenario planning.

4.Integrate data across SAP BTP, SAP DataSphere, and other BI platforms.

5.Work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy planning applications that improve decision-making and performance monitoring.

6.Leverage SAP IBP and BPC for advanced planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

7.Ensure data integrity and consistency across planning models and source systems.

Required Skills:

1.Strong experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) – including Workforce Planning functionality

2.Proven track record in integrating SAP with Workday

3.Working knowledge of SAP DataSphere, BTP, IBP, BPC, and BI tools

4.Ability to develop and customize planning models, dashboards, and stories in SAC

5.Strong understanding of data modeling, integration flows, and performance optimization

6.Experience with SAP IBP for supply chain and operational planning

7.Prior involvement in end-to-end SAP planning or transformation projects

8.Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or SAP BW/4HANA environments

9.Excellent communication skills and experience working with global teams
