Life Sciences Corporate Associate or Counsel

Our client is a top Am law 100 firm, seeking an Associate or Counsel for its Life Sciences Corporate Practice in Washington, DC, Boston, Palo Alto, or San Francisco. The salary for this position starts at $250k+.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with complex corporate agreements.
• Drafting experience and strong drafting skills are required.
• Life sciences transactions or technology transactions experience preferred.
• A scientific and/or patent background is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong interpersonal and client-interfacing skills.
