Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

GloballyHired is expanding our network to connect real estate investment firms and developers across Phoenix with Directors of Investor Relations who can strengthen relationships with stakeholders and capital partners.

As a Director of Investor Relations, you’ll serve as the bridge between the firm and its investors. You’ll manage communications, deliver performance reports, and organize investor meetings and capital-raising initiatives.

This role is designed for senior-level professionals with exceptional communication skills and deep knowledge of real estate finance. You’ll partner with executives to craft messaging that builds investor trust and supports fundraising goals.

What We’re Looking For

-8–10+ years of experience in investor relations, real estate finance, or capital markets.

-Proven track record managing institutional investor relationships.

-Strong presentation, communication, and reporting skills.

-Ability to prepare quarterly reports, investor decks, and market updates.

-Knowledge of Phoenix and national CRE investment trends.

-Experience with fundraising campaigns or capital raising for real estate funds.

Compensation

Director of Investor Relations roles are typically full-time permanent positions, though some may be offered as interim engagements. Compensation ranges from $60–$90 per hour (approximately $125K–$185K annually).
