$110,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr GloballyHired is expanding our on-demand hiring platform to support high-performing logistics and supply chain teams across Atlanta, GA and Dallas, TX. We’re looking for experienced Directors of Distribution to lead warehouse and fulfillment operations, optimize network performance, and drive scalable, cost-effective distribution strategies. Are you a distribution leader who knows how to turn complex operations into streamlined, results-driven systems? We’re seeking Directors of Distribution who can oversee large-scale warehouse teams, manage regional or national distribution centers, and improve inventory flow and order accuracy while maintaining safety and performance KPIs. In this role, you’ll lead multiple warehouse or DC teams, collaborate with transportation, procurement, and customer success groups, and be responsible for execution and continuous improvement across fulfillment operations. The right candidate will have a strong command of WMS tools, distribution analytics, labor planning, and cross-functional logistics leadership. What We’re Looking For -7–12 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics leadership, including 3+ years in a director or multi-site management role. -Proven success managing high-volume distribution or fulfillment centers. -Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, labor management, and safety compliance (OSHA, DOT, etc.). -Experience with WMS/ERP systems (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle, etc.). -Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership and excellent cross-functional communication skills. -Ability to drive performance metrics, reduce costs, and improve order accuracy across multiple sites or regions.
