Client Partner - Hi-Tech Sales Engagement Manager
Infosys is seeking a Manager of Client Services. The Manager-Client Services (MCS) is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The MCS collaborates with their manager (Senior MCS/Group MCS) to build an account plan and manages client relationships based on this plan. Typically, the MCS handles a single account or part of a large account with a P&L of $30MM to $40MM.
Role Description:
- Client relationship management and business development: Manage client relationships, build a portfolio of up to $30-40M, and oversee the opportunity management cycle: Prospect, Evaluate, Propose, Close.
- Client delivery assurance: Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to ensure all commitments to the client are fulfilled.
- Account planning and governance: Develop the account plan, including relationship strategies, opportunities, and pricing decisions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; or 11+ years of experience with strong sales/relationship management, substituting education with experience where applicable.
- Significant business development and project management experience.
- Experience in the Hi-tech industry/vertical.
- Proven ability to interact and build relationships with C-level client contacts.
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading presentations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with IT and business consulting engagements.
- Authorized to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa; no sponsorship provided.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions.
- Understanding of industry-specific business issues and drivers.
- Experience with Global Delivery Model.
- Managing large, multi-location consulting teams.
- Proven track record as an Account Manager in growing client relationships.
