~ Shift: 12 hours, nights

AUTO OFFER!!!!! URGENT HIRING Job Title: Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shifts: Night – 3x12-hour shifts (18:45 – 07:15)
Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
Current RN license (Valid Ohio license or Compact License)
COVID-19 & Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
Ability to float within hospital and affiliate facilities
Fingerprinting required for Ohio facilities – results must be completed before the start date
Local candidates not accepted (50+ mile radius rule)
Labor and Delivery Management:
High-risk delivery assistance
Vaginal delivery assistance
Forceps/vacuum delivery support
Fetal Monitoring:
External and internal fetal monitoring
Antepartum Care & Procedures:
Postpartum Care & Procedures:
Fundus/lochia/perineum care
Wound assessment & care
Episiotomy/incision care
Neonatal Care in Delivery Room:
Baby catcher responsibilities
Cord sample collection
Newborn Care:
Magnesium sulfate therapy
PCA, opioids, nitrous oxide, epidural/general anesthesia
IV Therapy/Phlebotomy:
Infusion pump/drip monitoring
Surgical Procedures:
Preterm labor, PROM
Substance abuse, HIV, cardiac disease
Epic Stork & PeriGen documentation (preferred)
