What Youll Do

• Lead Month-End Close Own the process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare & Post Journal Entries Maintain integrity in financial reporting with precise and well-documented entries.
• Bank Reconciliations Manage multiple accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Financial Reporting Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Account Reconciliations Ensure all ledger accounts are accurate and up to date.
• Process Improvements Identify and implement efficiencies in accounting operations.
• Compliance & Controls Support audits and ensure adherence to GAAP and internal policies.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• 3+ years of accounting experience, with a heavy focus on month-end close, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software & Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs a plus).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
