Job Description & Requirements Specialty: MRI Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 09/22/2025 Duration: 16 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, evenings Employment Type: Travel Imaging Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Join our dynamic team as an Imaging Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care. We're seeking a skilled and experienced MRI Tech to join our team on a temporary assignment for 16-32 weeks. Overview As an Imaging Technologist - MRI, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining MRI equipment, preparing patients for scans, and ensuring the highest level of image quality. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the success of our imaging department. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills as an MRI Tech. Required Skills Current EPIC experience within the past 2 years Valid MRI license or proof of licensure process in progress Strong understanding of MRI procedures and protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Nice to Have Skills Experience with IVS (Image Visualization System) software Familiarity with other imaging modalities (e.g., CT, X-ray) Knowledge of patient safety protocols and emergency procedures Certification in CPR or BLS (Basic Life Support) Preferred Education and Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field 1-2 years of experience in MRI or related imaging modality Other Requirements Ability to work 40 hours per week, including 8 hours per day and evening shifts Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (public transportation not available in the area) Must be able to provide proof of Covid and Flu declination or vaccination Must complete all employment gaps over 30 days and provide explanation Let's Get Started If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we want to hear from you.
