The CST will provide support during a variety of surgical procedures in a fast-paced ambulatory setting, ensuring patient safety and assisting the surgical team throughout operations. Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and sterile fields for surgical procedures. Assist surgeons and nurses by passing instruments and supplies during procedures. Maintain a sterile environment and ensure infection control standards are met. Verify patient identity, procedure, and surgical site in compliance with safety protocols. Support turnover of rooms between procedures efficiently and effectively.
