We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Channel Campaign Manager to join our Revenue Operations team and support the execution of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. This role will work closely with the Channel Manager to implement marketing campaigns that drive partner engagement, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, experience executing multi-channel marketing programs, and comfort with moderate client-facing responsibilities. Job Summary

The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, experience executing multi-channel marketing programs, and comfort with moderate client-facing responsibilities.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Execution
Execute end-to-end GTM marketing campaigns across email, digital, webinar, and event channels. Manage campaign timelines, asset delivery, and tracking in alignment with established GTM strategies. Coordinate with internal marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Partner Support & Communication
Collaborate with the Channel Manager to support communication with channel partners. Assist in the development and distribution of campaign materials, onboarding content, and event collateral. Respond to moderate levels of partner inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
Operational Excellence
Maintain campaign tracking tools and dashboards to ensure accurate monitoring of campaign milestones and KPIs. Support process improvements and documentation to streamline campaign execution workflows.
Data & Reporting
Assist in compiling and analyzing campaign performance metrics. Prepare reporting summaries for internal stakeholders to inform optimization efforts.
Experience And Education
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or channel marketing. Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems, and campaign tracking tools. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience supporting external partners or clients preferred.
