Media Supervisor
who has strong experience in media planning and strategy, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you’ll lead media planning across multiple accounts, manage client relationships, and mentor a team of planners/associates. You’ll play a key role in developing effective, innovative media solutions while ensuring flawless execution and performance. Responsibilities Lead development of media strategies and plans for assigned client(s), including research, plan design, and measurement frameworks Oversee day-to-day planning responsibilities, including budgets, flowcharts, and timelines Manage and mentor a team of planners and/or associates, providing guidance, feedback, and support Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications, presenting plans and recommendations with confidence Partner with investment, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure accurate execution and optimization of media campaigns Monitor campaign pacing and performance, recommending adjustments as needed to deliver on client goals Contribute to agency initiatives, knowledge-sharing, and process improvements Qualifications 5–7 years of media planning experience in an agency environment Prior retail client/brand experience strongly preferred Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members Proficiency in building and presenting media plans with a strong client-facing presence Experience with planning tools such as Guideline (MediaTools), PRISMA, NMI, Telmar, Nielsen Ad Intel, and MRI-Simmons Strong understanding of both traditional and digital channels, including programmatic display, CTV, OLV, YouTube, search, audio, OOH, radio, social, and print Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills Why Join Us?
