We are seeking a highly skilled digital marketing expert to join our Structural Heart (SH) Global Marketing Operations Team. This person will have comprehensive ownership and oversight of our digital landscape, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of our marketing technologies and data infrastructure. They will be responsible for leveraging marketing technologies and tools to automate processes, track performance, and optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate will be up-to-date on trends and platform innovations and possess deep systems expertise across Salesforce, Marketo, Allego, and other marketing tech platforms. Strong cross-functional collaboration within our marketing team will be required for success. This candidate must be able to lead and mentor a group of individuals without direct reporting lines, fostering a collaborative and innovative team approach to our digital efforts. Responsibilities

Manage and optimize marketing tech platforms including Salesforce, Marketo, Allego, and related systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Serve as a strategic advisor to digital campaigns across various functions within the SH Marketing organization, ensuring accurate tracking, measurement, and reporting of key metrics to drive performance and insights. Connect systems and enable field operations through robust data infrastructure, facilitating smooth data flow and accessibility across the organization. Enhance customer engagement through personalized and targeted digital marketing initiatives. Leverage marketing technologies and tools to automate processes, track performance, and optimize campaigns. Oversee the SH digital landscape, from system integration to campaign execution, ensuring all digital initiatives align with business objectives and deliver value. Stay informed on the latest trends and innovations within digital platforms and marketing technologies and apply this knowledge to continually enhance our digital infrastructure. Qualifications

Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Nice to Have: Proven experience managing marketing technology platforms. Expertise in Salesforce, Marketo, Allego, and other marketing tech systems. Strong understanding of digital campaign metrics and management. Experience in data infrastructure and connecting systems for field enablement. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to stay current with industry trends and platform innovations. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels. Self-managed and collaborative work style. Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute projects efficiently. Medtronic offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and various employee resources. Salary range for U.S. locations: $124,000 - $186,000.
