What you will do:

We're seeking a Program Director at the Qualifying Houses in Minden, NV, an affiliate of Rite of Passage. Our employees are dedicated and passionate individuals committed to inspiring positive change in the lives of youth. Joining our team offers more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to create a meaningful career driven by our powerful mission to make a difference. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in the clinical field.

Responsibilities include:

Overseeing the quality delivery of treatment, educational, vocational, and student health and welfare services in compliance with Rite of Passage policies, federal, state, and local regulations, licensing, practices, and laws.

Managing day-to-day site operations, including budgeting, financial stewardship, administration, program elements, promotions, marketing, staff development, and training.

Developing, implementing, managing, and modifying the program.

Ensuring site safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.

Maintaining communication with students and overseeing medical and food services.

Representing the site as chairperson for management meetings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of four years of experience in residential facility management.

Empathetic, patient, respectful.

Ability to pass background checks, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Required Education:
