We work with artists, festivals, and brands to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with audiences worldwide. Position Overview We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant with a sharp eye for social media trends, an ear for an artist’s unique voice, and a knack for turning raw content into compelling stories. This role will work closely with our digital and management teams to craft, execute, and analyze social media campaigns that connect with fans and grow our artists’ presence online. Key Responsibilities Develop and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other emerging platforms Capture, edit, and package video/photo content for social channels using Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Photoshop Maintain consistent visual branding that reflects each artist’s identity and voice Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and content formats to keep our artists ahead of the curve Assist in community management by engaging with fans and responding to comments/messages Support the digital marketing team with analytics tracking, campaign reporting, and asset organization Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in music marketing, artist management, or related entertainment field Proficient in Adobe Photoshop , Adobe Premiere Pro , and CapCut Strong understanding of branding and the ability to adapt tone/voice per artist Passion for music and familiarity with fan culture, especially in rock, metal, and alternative genres Knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and analytics tools Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects on tight deadlines Bonus Points Experience with photography or motion graphics Understanding of paid social ad platforms Comfort with on-the-fly content creation at shows, festivals, and events How to Apply Send your resume, portfolio/examples of past work, and a brief cover letter explaining why you’d be a great fit to info@5bam.com
