Senior Payroll Specialist
to support our payroll department. The role involves processing payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy in payments, deductions, and tax compliance. This position is essential for maintaining timely and accurate payroll operations and addressing payroll-related inquiries. Requirements:
Workday experience is required. Payroll certification is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process semi-monthly payroll for over 1,000 employees across multiple states, including salaried and hourly staff. Ensure all payroll data, such as hours, bonuses, and deductions, are accurately calculated. Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Generate payroll reports for management and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Maintain accurate employee payroll records in accordance with legal and company policies. Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and tax withholdings. Assist with international payrolls and perform other assigned tasks as needed. Additional tasks include: Analyze and audit 401K Deferral and Loan files Process new hires and terminations Review and audit administrative changes Run retro calculations and generate retro reports Prepare and analyze audit reports such as transportation, lunch gross-up, and remote work allowances.
