The Opportunity:
GrowthDay is the worlds #1 personal development platform, and were looking for a VP of Growth to lead the charge on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. This is a cross-functional, high-impact leadership role that will touch every major lever of our business, from funnel design to A/B testing infrastructure, app store optimization to trial conversion, LTV uplift to lifecycle marketing.

Your mission? Deliver breakthrough user and revenue growth by designing and owning our growth engine from strategy to execution. Youll bring together data, experimentation, product marketing, lifecycle, paid acquisition, and performance analytics into one operating system that helps us grow faster, smarter, and more sustainably.
What You Will Do In This Role:
- Design, implement, and scale a full-funnel growth strategy in our consumer mobile app.
- Complete a clear roadmap for acquiring new users, increasing engagement, and boosting retention and LTV at levels higher than industry norms.
- Lead product development initiatives across product, design, marketing, and engineering, ensuring they meet market demands and growth objectives.
- Own prioritization, scope, and delivery across marketing, product and engineering, navigating speed vs. quality tradeoffs.
- Demonstrate expertise in using data analytics to guide product decisions and measure growth outcomes, especially Retention, DAU, MAU, CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel conversion, and retention metrics.
- Encourage innovation and creative thinking in product development and growth strategies.
- Help implement budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis related to product growth initiatives.
- Use strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a diverse growth team with ownership and high energy.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and external stakeholder engagement.
- Showcase skill in setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for product growth.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and applying best practices in product growth.
You Are What We Are Looking For If:
- You have at least 10 years digital product experience and have been part of a global team. Youve built a major iOS consumer product for growth, and reading this description gets you fired up!
- You have successfully navigated and contributed to the growth of successful apps that served 500,000+ users and delivered clear results in acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- You are fluent in building habit-forming experiences and deeply understand how to improve N-Day retention through UX, onboarding flows, push strategies, and motivational product loops.
- Your commitment to the mission and vision of our company goes beyond a professional duty; it's a deeply rooted belief that fuels your dedication.
- You are an expert at using data to: figure out what features to build and improve in our app; track growth; see striver behavior, and much more.
- You know how to dance with design and engineering - pushing for progress, shipping fast, and maintaining standards without overbuilding.

This is a hands-on role where youll turn insight into high-impact experiments and features that directly move DAU, N-Day Retention, LTV, CAC and revenue. Youll work closely with founders, design, engineering, and marketing to build a truly breakthrough consumer product in the personal development space.
