Position Overview:
Soliantis seeking a dedicated and collaborative
School Psychologist
to support the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students for the
20252026 school year . Based in
Park Forest, IL , the School Psychologist will be a key member of our student services team, working closely with educators, families, and administrators to foster positive educational outcomes and promote inclusive, data-driven practices. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive
psychoeducational assessments
to support special education eligibility, re-evaluations, and intervention planning Collaborate with
MTSS/RTI teams
to identify student needs and recommend tiered supports Assist in developing and implementing
Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
and
Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Provide
consultation services
to teachers and staff regarding student learning, mental health, and behavior Offer
short-term counseling
and crisis intervention as needed Support compliance with
IDEA ,
Section 504 , and state special education regulations Participate in IEP/504 meetings and contribute to effective documentation Promote mental wellness and social-emotional learning across school environments Qualifications:
Masters, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in
School Psychology
from an accredited program Valid
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
with a School Psychologist endorsement Strong understanding of federal and Illinois education laws, including IDEA and Section 504 Experience working in K12 school settings (preferred) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive weekly pay: $45
