Soliantis seeking a highly motivated and compassionate
School Psychologist
to support students in
Duncan, Nebraska , and the surrounding communities. This
full-time, hybrid role
allows for a balance of in-person services and remote flexibility, supporting PreK12 students with a focus on mental health, learning, and behavior. Key Responsibilities:
Administer psychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral needs. Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), 504 Plans, and behavior intervention strategies. Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention as needed. Participate in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks. Offer consultative support to teachers, administrators, and parents. Maintain timely documentation and evaluation reports. Qualifications:
Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program. Valid Nebraska School Psychologist certification or eligibility to obtain. Knowledge of special education law (IDEA), Section 504, and best practices in school psychology. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
