Travel Mammography Technologist - Mammography

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with ARRT certification and 3-D mammography experience for a Day shift contract.Job Details•Work in an imaging center setting in the mammography department,•Day shifts, Monday through Thursday from 7:15am to 4:30pm and Friday from 7:15am to 12:15pm,•Full-time, 40 hours per week,•Contract options between 13 and 26 weeks,•Required to float to other units or campuses as needed within competency,•Patient population includes individuals receiving screening and diagnostic mammograms,•Procedures performed include 3-D mammography, diagnostic mammograms, fine needle aspirations, needle localizations, screening mammograms, and stereotactic biopsies,•Uses Epic EMR, with at least one year of Epic experience required,Job Requirements•Current BLS certification required,•Current ARRT (R) required; license required if applicable,•Minimum one year of experience with Epic EMR required,•Experience with 3-D mammography and advanced breast imaging procedures required,•Two professional references required for consideration,Additional Information•Must work two of the three main holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year,•No time off allowed during the week between Christmas and New Year's,•Pre-assignment testing and online training modules must be completed before start,•Orientation sessions are held weekly on Mondays,•Candidates must live more than 100 miles from any facility in the system to be eligible, with bill rate reductions for those living between 90 and 99.9 miles,•Candidates may be floated based on clinical expertise and census needs,•Adherence to strict isolation precautions may be required,],•hash,:•14061426915094076306,
