First-year average pay: $80,000 Gross

Your role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver will include:
Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the tractor-trailer, filing DOT inspection reports.
Verifying the bill of lading and securing keys accurately during off-hour deliveries.
Driving the tractor-trailer to various destinations, utilizing your knowledge of driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering.
Maintaining accurate driver logs (Manual or Peoplenet) in compliance with DOT regulations, including delivery receipts and product temperatures.
Unloading trailers and delivering products directly to customer premises.
Performing any other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications to join our team:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A) required
At least 1 year of experience or 50,000 verifiable miles driving a tractor-trailer
Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications
Ability to read, write, and understand English to perform job-related tasks effectively, including following safety instructions and operational communication.
