Expediter
You will be the Expediter for the team. Our team is responsible for coordinating and expediting the movement of materials and parts to meet production schedules and commitments. As the Expediter, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of materials and parts to support production operations. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing master production schedules to identify potential shortages and alerting authorities Keeping records of completed orders and taking action to expedite materials as needed Making Apriso entries for material/parts and assisting with work order issues Preparing DOT paperwork and loading/unloading shipments at the facility Conducting Cycle Counts We are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Expediter. If you have experience in inventory control, kitting, dispatch, or floor support in production, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Basic Qualifications: Inventory Control Experience Kitting/Dispatch/Floor Support in Production Computer Skills Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance Must have a valid drivers license Desired Skills: Customer service oriented Good communication skills Ability to work in team environment One Year of SAP or MRP related experience One Year of PP&C Experience in Manufacturing Environment Apriso Experience Forklift Certified/Experienced Forklift Driver Expediting Experience in Production Facility Work well with public as well as with co-workers and willing to listen to others Lockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer.
