Radiance Technologies Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a talented C-UAS Systems Analyst to provide engineering support for system development, procurement, and deployment within the CUAS Product Office International Directorate. Job Responsibilities Conduct reviews on program portfolios to evaluate and recommend plans, improve systems engineering processes, manage the program technical baseline, and design system-level tests to ensure performance aligns with specifications. Perform program reviews to assess proposed plans, designs, and test results for compliance with specifications. Provide system and program engineering, technical support, and training for initiatives including acquisition, development, integration, sustainment, deployment, installation, and operations oversight. Assist with material solution analysis, technology development, manufacturing, production, deployment, and support. Support engineering processes related to version and configuration control. Prepare technical documents defining system and subsystem characteristics. Provide technical recommendation support, including reviews, studies, audits, evaluations, and documentation. Perform validation of systems with developed criteria and procedures. Analyze and evaluate major engineering systems results. Support formal trade studies based on performance, cost, reliability, maintainability, risk, and schedule. Review and analyze system concepts and user requirements entered into the system requirements baseline. Support concepts and requirements analysis, including review of ICD, CDD, CPD, AoA, and other related documents. Assist with planning and executing technical reviews and assessments. Support the development of Systems Engineering Plans and Risk Management Plans. Required Qualifications/Skills Active DoD Secret security clearance. Experience in planning, preparing, and executing test plans (validation and verification). Experience developing information papers and decision briefings. Experience with requirements management. Experience with radar, Electromagnetic Warfare, or kinetic defeat. Preferred Qualifications/Skills Bachelors degree in engineering with 3-10 years of experience. US Citizen with ability to obtain DoD TS/SCI clearance. Ability to work in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in Army Program Office Engineering Team is preferred. Strong communication and analytical skills, self-starter, detail-oriented. Experience with Counter UAS or Radar systems. Willing to travel up to 15%.
