The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Storm Lake, Iowa. Discipline: RN ~ Start Date: ASAP ~ Shift: 8 hours, days ~ Employment Type: Travel Shifts would be Mon, Tues, Fri 0630-1500 and Wednesday 06:30-12:00 with 1-2 call shifts per week and rotating weekend call (typically every 3rd weekend starting end of day Friday until 6:30am Monday). 13 week contract (or longer) Experience would be OR And PACU (extubations, pediatrics) T&A, BMT, ortho (joint replacements, arthroscopies, ORIF), general (laparoscopic and open procedures), OB/GYN (C-sections, lap and vaginal hysterectomies), urology. Ratios: 1-2 RN per OR with a ratio of 1:1 in PACU. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 32.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
