As a Logistics Coordinator II, you'll be at the heart of our logistics operations, supporting the team in ensuring smooth shipping and receiving operations. Your key responsibilities will include accurately recording and processing inventory adjustments using our state-of-the-art tools and software, all while maintaining a safe work environment. What You Will Do
Deliver, pick & tag, move, and remove materials accurately and efficiently Operate Pit equipment (i.e. forklifts, tuggers, pack mules, etc.) to move materials within the facility Perform Plex transactions Utilize Plex knowledge for daily tasks Assist with inventory management and accuracy Generate and close Ipls as needed Load and off-load materials on trailers Ensure received and delivered materials meet quality standards Repack and organize parts for warehouse storage or assembly area delivery Submit and assist with the resolution of Continuous Improvement Cards Assist in problem-solving and improvement initiatives across departments Handle shipping, receiving, and invoice verification for inventory accuracy Efficiently deliver and remove materials Follow standard operating procedures and area-specific work instructions Report to Logistics Managers and be assigned to departments within the business to meet customer and company demands Train and assist new team members as needed Occasionally participate in training and development Perform any other assigned duties What You Will Have
Minimum of 4 months' experience conducting warehouse and/or logistics job functions or industry certification Ability to work well with others Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English Intermediate experience with computers and with inventory management software Previous experience with Standard Operating Procedures or Standard Work Ability to adhere to safety procedures What Would Make You A Top Candidate
Previous experience and/or certification in operating forklifts, tugger, and/or other power equipment Previous experience working in a logistics/warehouse environment supporting assembly of products Ability to research inventory, locate material, and perform inventory transactions Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time Ability to perform repetitive operations Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
